Harrison stacks the deck

The David Harrison stable will have three runners in the Ascend Sales Trophies Handicap (1000m) for two-year-olds at Belmont Park on Wednesday.

Hotorio, a filly by Oratorio, has had one start where she was well beaten by eight-lengths. Joseph Azzopardi will stay in the saddle and the blinkers are applied to sharpen her up.

Lucky Sue, by Lucky Street, will be making her debut following an impressive recent trial victory over 950m. She will have Shaun O’Donnell in the saddle, and she’ll jump from barrier three with the blinkers on.

Vonsnip, by Snippetson, also makes her debut off a trial victory. Kyra Yull has ridden her in both trials and will ride her again from barrier seven with the visors on.

It will be a hit and run mission for the Serpentine based trainer, with these three horses being his only runners for the day.
