• Memberships are valid annually from 1 August to 31 July.
• Perth Racing in line with COVID-19 guidelines may have to operationally change access and capacity numbers to the racecourse grandstand and facility. We will always try to facilitate our members as a priority.
• Concessional Membership options are only available to current Club Members with a minimum of 20 years of Perth Racing membership who additionally hold a valid Pensioner Concession Card. Proof of Concession must be provided in writing or in person in order to qualify. Members who qualify for the Pensioner Concession Membership are not eligible for the WA Seniors Card discount.
• Senior Club Membership options are only available to current Club or Gold Members with a minimum of 12 months of Perth Racing membership who also hold a valid WA Seniors Card. Proof of WA Seniors Card must be provided in writing or in person in order to qualify.
• Members who qualify for the Pensioner Concession Membership are not eligible for the WA Seniors Card discount.
• Membership is not transferable, cannot be onsold and is non-refundable. Your Member’s Card is strictly non-transferable and lending it to a non-member is a breach of Club Policy. Please refer to FAQ's
• Members must comply with Perth Racing's Dress Code when in the member area. Perth Racing reserves the right to refuse entry to the Member Level to any member or their guest not following the Club Dress Code.
• Members agree to receive regular Member Newsletter emails as deemed relevant by Perth Racing (approximately weekly). 
• Members must comply with Perth Racing’s Dress Code when within Members Area
• Annual Membership car passes are valid at both Belmont Park and Ascot Racecourses on racedays only
• The $50 Birthday Voucher is only valid during the month of the member’s birthday
• Lost membership cards will be re-issued at a cost of $60 per card
• Complimentary Members Privilege ticket vouchers are only valid on standard Saturday racedays – refer to back of voucher for exclusion days
• Additional Member Privilege Tickets are available for purchase only by members with a current and valid Membership
• Country Members must permanently reside more than 250km outside of the Perth CBD. Proof of residence must be presented on request.
• Interstate/International Members must permanently reside outside the state of Western Australia. Proof of residence must be presented on request.
• Industry Members must be a Trainer, Jockey or Bookmaker license, or categorised ‘Industry’ as designated by Perth Racing
• Industry Members must be holders of a current Jockey, Trainer or Bookmaker license. Industry ID must be presented on request.
• Young Memberships are only valid for those aged between 18 and 35 years. Proof of age must be presented on request
• Immediately on becoming a Member of Perth Racing I agree to comply with Perth Racing’s Constitution - Constitution and By-Laws
