Perth Racing Terms and Conditions - Venues

Perth Racing has a no refund policy however you are welcome to fill your place with another person.

Dress Standards for Restaurants/Race Day
Functions
It is the responsibility of the client who makes the booking, to ensure that all guests adhere to the Members dress standard or dress standard appropriate to the area. Guests will be refused entry to the area if the dress standard is not adhered to, the no refund policy will apply.           

Restaurants:

Standard Saturdays:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance and final numbers due two weeks prior to the event. Perth Racing has the right to cancel your booking should payment not be received by the due date.

Carnival Days:
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

December Period:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance and final numbers due 3 weeks prior to the event. Perth Racing has the right to cancel your booking should payment not be received by the due date.

Vouchers:
Must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented to the Cashier on the day of your booking. If not presented to the cashier you will be charged on the day for the value of your voucher.

Please refer to your voucher for any further Terms and Conditions.

Race Day Functions

Standard Saturdays and Midweek Bookings:
A $500 non refundable deposit is required within two weeks of placing the booking. If payment is not received, the venue will be released.
Final numbers and full payment of the account is required two (2) weeks prior to your function date. Any applicable changes are to be confirmed no later than one (1) week prior to the function booking date.

Carnival Days / December Period:
A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with full payment required 4 weeks prior to the event.

Non Race Day Functions:

All bookings are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 or 20% of the Estimated Function Charge, whichever is the greater, within two (2) weeks
of placing the booking, with the account to be settled in full two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Security:
For the safety of all patrons, security maybe required for the duration of your event. Any costs incurred will be on charged to the client.

Applicable to Race day and Non Race day Restaurants and Functions:

Damage:
The client will be responsible for all loss or damage to the property of Perth Racing including Perth Racing Premises, it’s staff and any fixtures, fittings, furnishings or goods, caused by the client, their guests, contractor or subcontractors, or any other persons attending the function.

Fire, Life and Safety:
The client will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard personal safety, that of their guests and Perth Racing staff. In the event of accident or injury, Perth Racing is authorized to seek medical assistance for the client, his/her guest and Perth Racing staff. Any costs incurred shall be on-charged to the client.

Insurance:
Whilst we take extreme care when looking after guests and their belongings, Perth Racing does not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of items before, during or after a function. Please advise your guests that they are responsible for their own belongings.

Outside Functions:
Outside or Alfresco functions are exposed to the elements of weather. Should an alternate venue be required and is not pre-arranged it will be subject to availability & additional charges will apply. Perth Racing is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur if an alternate venue is not available. Perth Racing will enforce a no refund policy.
