Race 1 - 12:28PM GET THE TABTOUCH MAIDEN (1200 METRES) – FULL FIELD

8. MASSAGI returns after being beaten as favourite on debut back on Saturday 21 January behind Driftwood Girl and subsequent Magic Millions WA 2YO Classic and Karrakatta Plate winner Lucy Mae. Massagi was very green on that occasion and looks to have trialled with a lot more professionalism this time in. She is also a half-sister to recent WATC Derby winner Gatting. She looks to be right in the mix.

1. MONSOON was hampered badly in the straight on debut last start and arguably should have finished a length or two closer to the pair that drew away. He is a lovely son of Street Cry and will only get better over further and as a three-year-old.

6. PYM'S ROYALE is a first starter by Husson and is out of a Flying Spur mare so the breeding suggests that he will show electric speed. His recent trial behind Racy Ava was good when Kyra Yuill snuck him up along the inside for a run. William Pike takes over for raceday duties and he looks a live player here.

3. DOWN 'N' DIRTY has opened up big odds with TABtouch. $34 was on offer after the son of Gingerbread Man after he tracked wide in a recent trial behind Epic Grey, which is also in the race. From a better barrier here, don’t be surprised to see him run well at a price.

SUGGESTED SELECTIONS: 8-1-6-3

SUGGESTED BET: 8. Massagi – WIN

Race 2 - 1:07PM TABTOUCH RACE REPLAYS MAIDEN (1200 METRES) – FULL FIELD

3. IMPRESSIVE STAR has only had the one career start which was in November, at York, behind a handy ex-eastern stater Macavity. He was a bit green after settling wide with cover but looked to have no idea about what he was doing. He comes into the race without a trial and blinkers on, a piece of gear which will set him on the straight and narrow, especially considering that he is a grandson of the mighty Zabeel. He is certainly one to watch at good each-way odds.

13. PIRATES MISTRESS did a few things wrong on debut. The four-year-old mare would have learned plenty from the run so expect her to have improved and to finish off strongly from the back of the field.

6. MISSILE LAUNCH is another having his second career start. On debut, Shaun Meeres got the Smart Missile gelding into a lovely position, behind the leaders, but he just failed to sprint as he was a bit new and lacked racing experience. Expect improvement from that run at Pinjarra.

4. THE DIARY looked to have every possible chance last start, after box-seating in the run, but did not let down in the straight at all. He pulled up without any abnormalities but the run before that up the Pinjarra straight was good when third. Forgive last start.

SUGGESTED SELECTIONS: 3-13-6-4

SUGGESTED BET: 3. Impressive Star – EACH WAY

Race 3 - 1:42PM CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP MAIDEN (1200 METRES) – FULL FIELD

8. FREECELL comes out of the same race as The Diary behind Shouhou and was good when running on into fifth from back in the field. He showed plenty of promise in his trials and will improve with the blinkers added. With thanks to the addition of blinkers, he should settle in the first half of the field and is a big chance.

16. SANTIAGO GAL is a first starter by War Chant and has been very impressive in recent trials. Aaron Mitchell is likely to take her forward and be the one to run down. The Justine Erkelens yard is ticking along nicely at the moment and warrants respect.

4. HURRICANE JACK was gelded before last start which was a nice effort for sixth behind Star Value on Good Friday. Barrier 13 will ensure a cold ride and he should be able to run on.

7. PICK UP LINE is a three-year-old gelding by Rogano and the male progeny of the well-bred sire seem to get better with age unlike the girls which seem to be more precocious two-year-olds like Resistance and Vexilloid. He will get every possible chance from the inside draw.

SUGGESTED SELECTIONS: 8-16-4-7

SUGGESTED BET: 8. Freecell – EACH WAY

Race 4 - 2:17PM CLUB MEMBERSHIP HANDICAP (1400 METRES) – FULL FIELD

4. DUSHA ZACHISTKI was excellent last start in Saturday graduation grade behind Key To Fame which has since come out and won again in 72+ class. Dusha Zachistki was only less than a length away from Key To Fame so, on form and back to Wednesday 60+ grade, he looks mighty hard to beat. William Pike back on helps.

6. LONG OVER DUE comes into the race off a nice freshen up after running at the beginning of March behind Forseen in a Saturday graduation race. He was actually ok on that occasion considering he was trapped wide. French jockey Matthieu Autier may get the gelding to switch on and focus.

5. SOMEDAY ONE DAY pulled up with an elevated heart rate last start back on Saturday 14 December and was then sent for a spell. The recent trials were sound without being asked to do much but, on his best, he should be near the mark.

2. SCOTTISH TRADER showed his winning capabilities last start when bursting between horses at York to win. The first up run before that was excellent and Randy Tan taking off 2kg here helps significantly.

SUGGESTED SELECTIONS: 4-6-5-2

SUGGESTED BET: 4. Dusha Zachistki – WIN

Race 5 - 2:52PM D'ORSOGNA HANDICAP (1000 METRES) – FULL FIELD

3. LUKE'S GOLD is a Saturday class galloper which progressed a long way in a short amount of time last preparation. He is a Saturday class galloper and, on his recent trial, he should be winning here.

4. JUENDIS is clearly not racing at the level we know he can but, if he was to get to even 90 per cent of his best, he would be going close to winning this. The apprentice’s claim looks to suit but there are concerns about him not being able to win last start at York.

2. SPEEDING COMET has gone back to the provincials and has been racing very well up the straight at Pinjarra. Apprentice Fiona Bell keeps the ride and the gelding should get every possible chance from the good draw and with the claim.

SUGGESTED SELECTIONS: 3-4-2

SUGGESTED BET: 3. Luke’s Gold – PLACE

Race 6 - 3:32PM YOUNG MEMBERSHIP HANDICAP (1400 METRES) – FULL FIELD

7. ALLUME LE FEU is still a maiden after one start but showed a lot of upside on debut in a maiden on Good Friday. She has the turn of speed and, with the 3kg apprentice on, she should be in the finish.

6. MEGA MINX was sound last start on Good Friday, behind Young Gina and Swift Platinum, and should improve with Pike on his back. Out to 1400m is a big tick for the daughter of Red Hot Choice.

1. GEIGER GEM comes to the races with a few gear changes after competing in Saturday three-year-old grade last start. He wasn’t disgraced on that occasion when only beaten 3½ lengths by One Short. The soft draw helps.

8. FRIARANDICE finally broke her duck last time out when first up over 1190m at Narrogin. Out to 1400m suits as she is by Blackfriars and looks to a Belmont Oaks type of filly.

SUGGESTED SELECTIONS: 7-6-1-8

SUGGESTED BET: 7. Allume Le Feu – EACH WAY

Race 7 - 4:10PM SCHWEPPES GINGER BEER HANDICAP (1600 METRES) – FULL FIELD

5. CELTIC WIZARD cracked it for a well-deserved win last start in class one grade over 1400m. With barrier one and a little bit of confidence, he has the ability to make it back-to-back wins.

2. CHECKERS ran on well last start behind Bevel and has sound Saturday form lines. He should slot in well from the good draw and get conditions to suit.

4. FIRE DETONATOR won his maiden impressively last start at Pinjarra when running down Talita. Pike goes on and, if he repeats the same turn of speed he showed there, he will be in with a massive chance.

1. BIG RED COSTA went back in his first two run this preparation and ran on nicely. Now out to 1600m, the blinkers go on, and he is likely to stride forward as was his regular custom last preparation. Not the worst in this race.

SUGGESTED SELECTIONS: 5-2-4-1

SUGGESTED BET: 5. Celtic Wizard – EACH WAY

Race 8 - 4:45PM EVENTS AT ASCOT HANDICAP (1800 METRES) – FULL FIELD

3. REEF KEEPER did not get an easy time of it last start on Good Friday when run down by Magic Las Vegas. He was still very tough over 2100m and, back to 1800m, he should have the fitness edge on his rivals.

2. HOT BRESA gets the visors on for raceday after running two sound races first and second up this preparation. Patrick Carbery can ride the gelding cold and ask him to finish off in the straight. It’s now or never for this galloper but, on breeding, out to 1800m should suit.

1. SCANDIUM was good first up over 1500m behind Roth Da Toff. The claimer on will help but he will need luck from barrier 14. The speed on in the big field will helps his cause.

12. LITTLE MISS MAK comes out of the same race as Scandium and found 1500m first up too short. Out in trip will suit but watch for her over even further. Still a run-on chance here.

SUGGESTED SELECTIONS: 3-2-1-12

SUGGESTED BET: 3. Reef Keeper – WIN
