Secret Pearl win at Ascot Racecourse, 9 December 2020
Trainer Ricky Moss will be hoping his four-year-old mare Secret Pearl can continue her terrific form when she steps out at Ascot on Wednesday in the PeopleStart Handicap over 2200m.
Having won only two races from her first seventeen career starts, Secret Pearl has now won her last three and shown dramatic improvement.
On November 3 she was able to win by over five-lengths at Bunbury and she has backed that performance up with two strong victories at Ascot.
She steps back out to 2200m which has been a good formula for her winning two from two at the track and distance.
Senior jockey Jason Brown remains in the saddle and while she goes up in weight and has to carry 58kg for this start, her recent form suggests she’ll be right in the finish again.
