Archant gapped his rivals at Bunbury when racing in blinkers for the first time

Wearing shades for the first time, Archant did not give a chance to any of his Bunbury three-year-old maiden rivals, leading all the way to record a three-length win. According to Punting Form, Archant's lifetime best is two and a half lengths superior to the exposed form of his half a dozen TABtouch - Better Your Bet Handicap opponents and, from barrier three, he is likely to either lead under Mitchell Pateman or take a sit behind Fairedu under Jason Brown.
