Lob City got caught wide last start when first up for the preparation.
That didn’t stop the Vital Equine filly from finding the line with a full head of steam.
On the one-week back-up and out to 1300m, with the wide open spaces of Belmont, should see her running on powerfully into the pointy end of the race.

Minus Looks has only ever won twice in his career but both of those wins came at Belmont.
Forgive last start when he was beaten by four lengths after being caught wide and wanting to over-race at a few strides at Ascot.
The Demerit gelding’s form reads well when running second in open age company behind Bollywood Blitz and fourth behind Variation in the Listed Raconteur Stakes.
The blinkers go on which will sharpen him up and probably see him lead, just like he did when narrowly going down at the hoofs of Bollywood Blitz.

The graduation staying races are always very open and have been known to throw up a rough result or two.
Lone Sailor went back to 1600m last start and the winkers were applied.
He ran the fastest last 600m of the race after settling near last in a field which was separated into two halves.
Keeping in mind that Lone Sailor is by Hala Bek, getting back out to 2100m should suit and he will be fit after his first four runs this preparation.
