Enjoy a trackside shaded area with exclusive use of your own reserved table for the day and a gourmet picnic hamper for two. Picnic at Ascot is the perfect package for family and friend gatherings, birthdays, social functions or simply just a day at the races soaking up all the atmosphere of thoroughbred racing action.

  • Only food purchased from on-course catering may be consumed in the picnic area, external food is not permitted
  • Groups larger than four guests can be seated together to form larger groups, please mention this in the online booking form
  • An additional $50 for each extra guest for groups of five or more
  • Bookings must be received by midday Thursday prior 
  • Tickets will be sent as SMS text message during the week leading to the event followed by an email outlining important event details
