- Best Dressed Ladies Competition - Saturday 25 March at Ascot Racecourse This Autumn Racing Carnival our featured ladies' day is on PeopleStart WA Oaks Day - Saturday 25 March at Ascot Racecourse. We welcome ladies of all ages to join us and enter our Best Dressed Ladies Competition. All who enter will have the opportunity to pose for a professional photographer. Your photos will go through a judging process and we will crown the Best Dressed Lady on the day. Our competition will run from 11:30am to 2:30pm in the Mumm Chandelier Bar. The area will be transformed into a ladies lounge where you can enjoy your raceday in a little bit of luxury. You can register for the competition on the day, but places will be limited so we do encourage you to register in advance to make sure you don't miss out!

How The Competition Will Work Our professional photographer will run the competition from 11:30am to 2:30pm in the Mumm Chandelier Bar. All photos will go through a judging process, and we will ask our entrants to gather in front of the Mounting Yard at approx. 4:30pm (pending race times on the day) for the announcement of the winner. All our lovely entrants will get to see their photo on the Superscreen before we crown our Best Dressed lady, and each entrant will receive a digital copy of their photos after the event. You can register on the day, but we do recommend registering in advance.

Use of headwear that makes a bold statement or creatively ties the outfit together. Lots of personality, and a little bit of wow factor!
