Tellem We're Comin'

The Daniel Morton stable is flying at the moment

The Daniel Morton stable is flying at the moment, and they will be hoping to continue that when Tellem We’re Comin steps out in the Group 2 Waroa – Lee Steere Stakes (1400m) at Ascot Racecourse on Saturday.

The seven-year-old gelding was impressive when winning the Listed Farnley Stakes back in September, before failing to finish in the Hannans Handicap when he decided to buck during the run.

Following a trial after that performance in Kalgoorlie, the gelding by Blackfriars looked incredibly unlucky when not getting clear running in the Listed Northam Cup Last start.

Despite being unlucky in that race, it was clear for everyone to see that the seven-year-old is obviously feeling very well and racing in strong form.

Jarrad Noske who stepped away from riding for a short period of time has been booked to ride the galloper with Brad Rawiller staying with Valour Road who he piloted in the Group 3 Northerly Sprint last start.

The Morton stable have had four winners and two placings from there last 10 starts at an average winning price of $5.01.
