She's A Sweet Deel winning at Belmont Park Racecourse July 14 2021

Looking for a sweet deal

Three-year-old filly She’s A Sweet Deel will be hoping to make it back-to-back victories when she steps out in race 5 at Belmont Park on Wednesday.

The filly by Dundeel impressed on debut, attacking the line strongly in a slowly run race and was then able to win impressively second-up.

Her win came on a heavy 8 and over 1400m, able to position herself closer and still demonstrate a nice turn of foot.

Drawn in barrier 2 tomorrow, she should be able to settle just behind the leaders and get her opportunity to display her strong finish again.

Micky Blue Eyes will also step out for the stable in race 6 and is first-up off an impressive trial back on July 19.

The Gangemi stable will be hoping for a little more luck on Wednesday following two narrow defeats on Saturday.

Reflectivity almost caused a huge upset when he was just beaten in the Listed HG Bolton Sprint at $91, while Notorious One also looked something beat when finishing third over 1400m.
