Triple Missile win at Belmont Park, 16 September 2020
Three-year-old gelding, Triple Missile, will step out first-up at Ascot Racecourse tomorrow hoping to again demonstrate the class that he showed in his only career start.
The gelding by Smart Missile jumped as the short-priced favourite on debut and was able to win in impressive fashion by over two-lengths back in September.
Trainer Todd Harvey put his galloper straight in the paddock following that performance and his recent trial suggested that he is in for another good preparation.
Coming into the race from the same trial is Secret Plan, the three-year-old gelding by I Am Invincible won that trial and also showed ability in his first preparation.
He was also a winner on debut and then finished fourth in a lead up race to some of the stronger three-year-old races at Ascot before being turned out.
Trainer Martin Allan will be hoping to upset both of the more favourable runners with three engaged in the race.
