Members are advised the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at Ascot Racecourse on Monday, 19 October 2020 at 5:00pm. Please advise of any formal apologies.

Members who have voting rights can personally vote on the official ballot paper posted to all eligible members. This can be submitted via post or in person at the racecourse or Head Office.
The ballot for election closes at 5:00pm on Friday, 16 October 2020.
