Crown Perth Handicap favourite Battle Storm has not lost either a trial or a race

Punting Form race reports: Saturday 22 June

Battle Storm is set to put his 100 per cent record on the line in Saturday's Crown Perth Handicap at Belmont Park and, if he reproduces his Punting Form personal best which he registered two weeks ago, he will be hard to beat even though his potential rivals include three talented sprinters partnered by apprentice jockeys.

Even though Captain Stirling was competitive in a high-rating edition of the Beaufine Stakes a fortnight back, Battle Storm's run over the same trip on the same Belmont Park card rated 0.4 lengths better. Battle Storm has won each of his three starts for Adam Durrant, William Pike and Peters Investments and, with the likes of Captain Stirling, Mantime and Stirling Estate among the Crown Perth Handicap acceptors, the lightly weighted TABtouch favourite should get every chance to run over the top of his foes before the Belmont Park winning post.

Perth Racing is committed to providing punters with the best possible free data to enable them to bet with confidence on the club's races with TABtouch, the brand that funds the industry. That is why Perth Racing is partnering with Punting Form, which clocks and rates almost every performance on Australian tracks.
