Whispering Brook won the 2016 Supremacy Stakes on her first Ascot Racecourse appearance
Whispering Brook is set to contest Saturday's Seppelt Wines Newmarket Handicap at Flemington but this week's Throwback Thursday item features her first Ascot Racecourse start, the 2016 Supremacy Stakes she won by two and three-quarter lengths.
The 2016 Supremacy Stakes was Simon Miller-trained Whispering Brook's second juvenile victory and she ended up winning each of her five races as a two-year-old filly, including the Amelia Park-Karrakatta Plate.
The Supremacy Stakes over 1,000 metres at Listed level will headline Saturday's Ascot Racecourse meeting that will run from 12:39 to 5:10.
