Long Beach was William Pike's fifth Belmont Classic Day winner
Belmont Classic Day was one of the lowest scoring rounds in the history of PR TipStar but Salvatore Madaffari is not complaining because his tally of 895 points was sufficient for him to pocket a $100 cheque from Perth Racing.
Madaffari (MADAFFS) placed his PR TipStar 2020 Belmont Park Round Nine big bet on Long Beach and, while William Pike's fifth Belmont Classic Day winner did not return massive dividends with TABtouch, the 185 PR TipStar points that the progressive sprinter earned for Madaffari enabled to snatch first place at the end of the 10-race program.
Perth Racing member Kevin Reilly (MrCube) continues to lead PR TipStar 2020 Belmont Park as the tipping competition approaches its halfway mark; Saturday's HG Bolton Sprint Day will be the 10th round of the 19-round tournament.
