Unending will attempt to make it two Ascot Racecourse wins on the spin when he contests the Amelia Park Handicap on Good Friday

Punting Form race reports: Friday 19 April

Perth Racing's third Good Friday meeting will get under way with the Amelia Park Handicap over 1,800 metres and Unending is capable of getting his backers off to a winning start on the nine-race public holiday card at Ascot Racecourse.

According to Punting Form, Unending's two-year personal best rating is at least two lengths superior to his Amelia Park Handicap rivals and, while the overall rating that the organisation assigned to his last-start victory over 2,200m at Ascot Racecourse five weeks ago was not good, his closing sectionals were decent for that class of contest. Troy Turner is likely to position Unending in the front rank of the Amelia Park Handicap field and, with some rainfall forecast, it is pleasing to see he has won once and placed three times in his six starts on wet tracks.
