Hay Magic may conjure her first Ascot Racecourse victory on Anzac Day
Hay Magic has not won any of her 13 Ascot Racecourse appearances but Punting Form data suggests seldom will she have a better opportunity to break her duck at the track than in Anzac Day's Iron Jack Handicap over 1,800 metres.
According to Punting Form, Hay Magic's two-year personal best is at least 3.8 lengths superior to that of her Iron Jack Handicap rivals and she registered it racing over 1,800m at Ascot Racecourse. Hay Magic has turn the tables on Wonorg from 11 days ago but the five-year-old mare did not have as soft a run in transit as the nine-year-old gelding and, also, she recorded the fastest 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1,000m and 1,200m sectionals in that prime contest.
