With eight races on the card, spring fashions and pamper lounges, Champion Fillies is a day at Ascot where guests can indulge and enjoy spring racing at its best. On course guests can experience a complimentary lipstick lounge, MP Illustrations offering complimentary take home artworks of individual race day outfits, the ever popular Tag Snaps photo booth, a range of new flower walls and lots of music across course with DJ Wildflower, an acoustic duo and Red Square in Stone Motherless Bar.
“We are expecting some of the best female thoroughbred racing talent here at Ascot Racecourse on Saturday with the WA Champion Fillies Stakes,” said Perth Racing’s Managing Director Professor John Yovich.
”There has been a high demand from racegoers to try out our new hospitality options across the Ascot Racing Carnival and the Mumm Champagne Garden, located at the Leger lawn is one of our most popular bars, right amongst the action.” Yovich said.
Perth Racing Ambassador Brittany Taylor said Champion Fillies Day is a great day to dress up with the girls for a relaxed yet glamorous day at the races.
“Fashion is a big part of the Ascot Racing Carnival. When it comes to pulling together an outfit for Ladies Day, elegance is key. It’s definitely about the attention to detail and adding a bit of wow-factor. Champion Fillies Day is all about shades of pink and lace, teamed with gold and metallic fascinators, flower crowns and elegant millinery,” she said.
